DESIGN MAKEBuilt to coincide with San Francisco’s design week, DESIGN/MAKE was as survey exhibiton of Bay Area furniture making and design, with a sedentary approach. Hosted at Arkitektura and in collaboration with Indicate Design Groupe.
The chair is a constant object of inquiry for both designers, furniture makers and most fetishisticly, architects. A broad representative of devotees were represented and presented on cojoined diases built from cinder blocks and plywood, each piece’s didactics stationed on custom steel stands.
